Went looking for my first automatic with Big Bear recently and was sorted with second hand Audi A3 Japanese import with less than 40k km on the clock and in mint condition. I have to say I'll never look back! Keith & Fran went above and beyond to get everything in order and were gents throughout. There was no pushy sales spiel and as someone who's admittedly not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars I always felt I was in good hands. Can't recommend them highly enough

Purchase a car from here end of 2023. Customer service was okay at best like most used car dealerships, they all have the same mentality for some reason...

in fairness the car was I purchased was physically quite clean interior wise. Exterior was about 80%. Was reassured (or I thought I was because the way he worded it) that the 6 month warranty covered all issued including mechanical, gearbox etc.

Fast forward around 5 days into owning the car, I started to get suspension problems.. really small squeaky sounds now and again.

Didn't really bother me too much at the time for me to contact them. Then started to get louder as the week's pass.  Then I contact the the guy who sold me the car around a month later.. days go by and nothing.. so I contacted someone else from the dealership and they got back to me saying the warranty didn't cover it even tho they sold it to me like that... Not to mention the cracks on the tires too which was difficult to see at the time of viewing because of the shiny oil they put on them to make them look new...

Anyway, I reply to the guy that replied to me and to this day (around 4 months later) the 2 guys still didn't get back to me....
I would have thought a dealership with that many years experience behind them would be better at customer service... But just like most of them they just want to sell you a car and forget about you afterwards...

Just goes to show that years of experience means absolutely nothing.
